You don't need to pay in advance, credit card number is only to guarantee your reservation.
Payment will be personally done by you when you arrive here in Sorrento

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS

The client will be informed of the cancellation policy by the hotellier together with the offer.
In case of cancellation out of allowed terms the penalty will be directly deducted with your credit card number.
